Moscowhas a best loot for now, take a look what you can d=get from moscow..
It's seem Zynga relize that the loots they provide in NY and Cuba mostly just for attack stat not deffense stat..
if you have 501 TNT/Cano, 501 GS, 501 Track Loader, so your att stat must be 55k, on the other side,
with 501 gaffhook, 501 CBA, 501 ASC you only get 50K stat... so it's not balance.
